2 Man Deliveries: From Monday 18th January our two man couriers are will only be operating as a one man courier service with delivery only to the front door, this is to ensure safety for both the customers and the delivery teams.

It doesn’t matter how big your order is, Grosvenor Furniture will take care of ensuring that we delivery your items straight to the room of your choice; ensuring a fuss-free furniture delivery service for our valued customers.
You won’t need to worry about a thing, with a 2 man furniture home delivery.
Our Home Furniture Delivery Service
We offer a number of different home delivery options for our customers depending upon the size of their home furniture order.
Whatever the case, we will ensure that your items are delivered direct to your door and even placed in the room of your choice.
1-Man Home Deliveries:
Our 1 man deliveries are usually delivered within 7 days of an order being placed*.
We offer a tracked express delivery service on smaller items ordered which are usually delivered within 2 business days of being dispatched from our furniture warehouses.
We will contact customers directly to arrange delivery on the weekday of the customers choice. Once the item has been dispatched, the courier will email the customer on the morning of the delivery to provide a delivery time slot for your convenience.
Please Note: This service is only offered to mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland (appearing as Green and Yellow on the map). This delivery service is to the front door/ground floor entrance of the property only.
Our pallet deliveries are usually delivered within 7 days of an order being placed*.
We offer an express delivery service on our palletised items which are usually delivered within the next business day after they have been dispatched from the Grosvenor Furniture warehouse. Our team will contact customers once orders have been placed to arrange delivery on the weekday of their choice.
On the day of the delivery, it is requested that home delivery drive contacts the customer 1 hour before the delivery is made. However, please bear in mind that this is not always possible.
Please Note: This service is only offered to mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland (appearing as Green and Yellow on the map). This delivery service is to curb side of the property and the customer is responsible for disposing of the pallet themselves.
2 Man Furniture Home Delivery Service Details
Our 2 man home delivery service is usually delivered within 14 days of the order being placed***.
Here at Grosvenor Furniture, we offer a 2 man home delivery service on our larger items which we aim to deliver direct to your door within 7-14 business days of the order having been placed. Please note that in busier period, this can extend to up to 21 business days but rest assured that Grosvenor Furniture will notify you via email if this is the case.
Once the order has been received, we will contact the customer to inform them of the earliest possible delivery dates that we have available. Once this date has been confirmed by the customer, our couriers will contact the customer direct to offer a delivery time slot on the day of the delivery.
Our 2 man furniture home delivery service will even be taken through to the room of your choice (dining tables/any marble product will only be delivered to ground floor). However, please note that this does not include the assembly of goods or the removal of packaging.
Please Note: This delivery service is only offered to the UK mainland in the areas highlighted in Green/Yellow on the map below (please contact us for delivery to any addresses in the red zones as delivery may be able to be offered but a delivery quote will need to be obtained from our couriers as well as confirming if they are able to deliver to your area).
Once delivery date and time slot has been confirmed by our couriers via text/email, the customer must ensure that they are able to accept the delivery as any changes, failed deliveries or cancellations will be subject to a £60 surcharge.
If you are unsure as to whether or not your ordered home furniture item/s will fit into your property, then please get in touch with Grosvenor Furniture before the item/s are dispatched so that we can confirm the dimensions of the largest pieces as any delivery resulting in the return of the item due to it not fitting into the property will be seen as a failed delivery and subject to a £60 surcharge.
2 Man Assembly Service:
Unfortunately as of January 2020 our courier will no longer be offering assembly services.
Please Note: If you opt to have your order constructed by a 3rd party Grosvenor Furniture can not be held accountable for any damage that maybe incurred to the product or any additional fees should the rare circumstance that any parts/pieces might be missing from your order. Additionally, all spaces must already be pre-cleared of other furniture prior to the courier’s arrival.
* Subject to stock availability.
** Some postcodes may take longer due to fortnightly/three week delivery runs.
V12 Retail Finance Orders
We do offer 0% V12 retail finance at Grosvenor Furniture to ensure that all of our customers can have their dream home furniture items. You will be able to find out whether or not your order will qualify for this over at our V12 Retail Finance page.
Please do note that if you do order your furniture item/s on finance, then there are terms and condition guidelines set in place by our finance providers that every and all finance orders must be delivered to the billing address outlined by the customer due to the credit being provided by an external party to Grosvenor Furniture Ltd.

All of our furniture deliveries services are offered for FREE to mainland England, Wales and some areas of Scotland (please see the maps for areas in which we cannot deliver too).

Furniture Delivery to Ireland
In regards to furniture deliveries to Ireland, we are only able to offer delivery on smaller products such as dining chairs only which we can arrange shipments via DPD subject to delivery surcharges, for larger items such as dining tables and beds we are unable to offer delivery, please contact us for more information.
Please note that we unfortunately do not offer delivery to outside of the mainland Great Britain.
