14-Day Returns Policy

We want you to have the best possible shopping experience with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.


Return Conditions

  • All returned products must be in their original packaging.
  • Furniture must be unused and in the same condition as when delivered.
  • If the original packaging is not available, we will unfortunately be unable to accept the return.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept a return and issue a refund for the value of the goods, minus the applicable collection fee.


Collection Fees

One-Man Collections (DPD)

  • Single box – £29.00
  • Two boxes – £49.00
  • Three boxes or more – £89.00

Two-Man Collections (Including Pallet Returns)

  • Bed, dining table, or multiple items – £89.00
  • Dining table set – £95.00
  • Small pallet (per pallet) or 3–7 dining chair boxes – £89.00
  • Large pallet (per pallet) or 8+ dining chair boxes – £99.00

All returns or replacements must be collected from the original delivery address.

If goods are moved from the original delivery address and damage is later reported, we cannot accept liability, as it is not possible to determine whether the damage occurred during third-party handling or transportation.


Refunds

Refunds will only be issued once the returned goods have been received and inspected by our returns team to confirm they are in the same condition as when delivered.

Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.


Exchanges

One-Man Delivery Exchanges (DPD)

If your order has been delivered and you wish to exchange an item, the following collection fees apply before an exchange can be arranged.

We aim to arrange the collection and replacement delivery on the same day where possible. If a full replacement order is required, we will first arrange collection before organising the replacement delivery.

Please note: DPD collections do not offer specific time slots and typically occur between 9:00am and 5:30pm.

Collection fees:

  • Single box – £29.00
  • Two boxes – £49.00
  • Three boxes – £89.00

Two-Man Delivery Exchanges

For larger items delivered via a two-man courier, the following exchange fees apply:

  • Bed or dining table – £89.00
  • Single item (e.g. chair, bench, or small furniture piece) – £89.00
  • Dining table set – £95.00
  • Small pallet (per pallet) or 3–7 dining chair boxes – £89.00
  • Large pallet (per pallet) or 8+ dining chair boxes – £99.00

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible:

  • If your order has not yet been dispatched, a full refund will be issued.
  • If your order has already been dispatched or collected, the applicable return collection fees listed above will apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we and our couriers take great care with your order, on rare occasions items may arrive damaged or incorrect.
