Grosvenor Furniture Pre-Orders
Due to the popularity of some of our items of stock we may sell out of certain items from time to time before new stock arrives, therefore we allow customers to place orders on items ahead of the arrival of stock to guarantee immediate shipment on arrival.
How do pre-orders work?
When an item is listed as a pre-order on our website this means the stock has been ordered from our manufacturers and has started the process of delivery to Grosvenor Furniture.
To pre-order simply put the order through as you would with any other order, once check out is complete your order is moved into a back order status.
Pre-Orders are listed when we have a confirmation of shipping and an arrival time frame being provided on each listing.
Larger Item Pre-Orders (Beds and Table/Sets)
Items that have been pre-ordered that require a two man delivery service will have delivery arranged as soon as we have a confirmed arrival date for the container, this allows us to ensure that the turn around time between the arrival of stock and delivery is the shortest possible time. All of these details will be confirmed prior to the arrival of the stock.
Smaller Item Pre-Orders (Chairs and Bedsides)
Items that have been pre-ordered that can be sent with our single man couriers and pallet couriers will have delivery arranged as soon as the container has arrived, due to the overnight services of these couriers delivery in arrange on the day of the stocks arrival.
In the event of a delay
Unfortunately due to the nature of maritime transport for time to time a delay may occur that is out of our control, we will always notify any customers of these delays promptly to ensure they are kept aware of the arrival of their order.
